HRXTRA is a locally based HR company providing advice, guidance and support to any business who requires cost effective HR solutions without the jargon!
Rhona Thomson is the founder and has over 20 years experience in human resources and training across a variety of sectors. She is a fully qualified HR specialist, holding an MSc in HR, a Diploma in Training Management and an Accredited Investors in People Assessor as well as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

HRXTRA has assisted organisations of all sizes and sectors with their HR and training needs and issues. Our service is affordable and flexible allowing smaller organisations to concentrate on managing and developing their business and providing larger organisations with an extra pair of hands at busy times.
